What happens if I want to make a design change during the project?
We ensure that everything is addressed during the consultation phase. However, any changes during the project will need to be signed off on by the project manager before the crew can continue work.

Our crew operates during normal business hours. This would be Monday through Friday, starting at 8 AM until 5 PM. However, our management team can be reached at any time.

To make things easier on our clients, we charge everything in a lump sum. This all-inclusive price covers everything, including:

Billing methods are often determined by the client’s choice of financing. You may pay at the time of completion for your remodeling project, or payments can be made throughout the duration of the project.

You can get an unsecured loan of up to $100,000 W.A.C. with low monthly payments of around $100 per month for every $10,000 that you borrow. You can apply within minutes!

You must have a credit score of at least 600 and have a household income of at least $3,500 a month or $42,000 annually. Your total income can be combined with other household members, and we can refer you to outside companies that can help boost your credit score.

It is part of our company’s policy to wait until after the closing of the house before visiting for an in-home consultation. Feel free to schedule an appointment anytime after the closing date!
Can you give me a quote on a remodel further into the future?
It is company policy to wait until about a month out to meet for an in-home consultation to begin work on the project. This is to save time, as details can change the longer you wait.
Are you able to install materials that I had pre-purchased?
To guarantee quality and to ensure product warranties, our team will handle the purchase and installation of all materials required for your home remodeling project.
Am I able to take on some of the workload during construction?
For your safety and to ensure the quality of our work, our team will handle all physical and heavy labor during your home renovation.
Should all decision makers in the household be present during the in-home complimentary consultation?
To appease all parties involved, it is best for every decision maker to attend the in-house consultation. These consultations usually take 60-90 minutes, during which time we go over critical information.
