President
We’re proud to introduce you to one of the founders of Revive Design and Renovation! Justin Caballero expressed an undying love for interior design at a very young age. This sparked a lifelong passion that led to him co-founding Total Property Solutions (TPS), where he revitalized hundreds of spaces across the nation before Revive Design and Renovation. During his experience in the industry, Justin has earned recognitions like a spot in the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s “30 Under 30” class in 2022. You will find him overseeing the company’s operations, training at the gym, relaxing on a boat, or immersing himself in a good book!
David Caballero
CEO
What drives Revive Design and Renovation? David Caballero’s extraordinary passion for construction and remodeling is shown in his 35+ years of devoting himself to the real estate industry. Part of his expertise comes from overseeing successful remodels across thousands of homes as a founding partner of a nation-leading single-family rental home company. David takes his time perfecting the creative process and overcoming challenges to create 5-star remodels that are absolutely stunning.
Austin Morrison
Senior Vice President
From pharmacist to entrepreneur, Austin Morrison is living proof that anyone can find their true calling at any point in life. He thrives on using his problem-solving skills to take on the challenge of turning the client’s vision into reality. Austin carries a heavy fascination with the latest in the design industry and uses newfound knowledge to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results. During his spare time, Austin loves to cheer for his favorite football and baseball teams while spending time with his loved ones.

Victor earned a business degree at Northeast Illinois University before gaining valuable experience in residential and commercial remodeling. He uses decades of construction work to amplify his incredible home transformations, effortlessly bringing his client’s dreams to life.
